Dr. MarieLyne Gosselin is a dedicated Pediatric Dentist specializing in the oral health of infants, toddlers, children, and teens, including those with special needs. She is committed to providing personalized, familycentered, compassionate, and detailoriented dental care. Her practice philosophy is rooted in prevention, patient and parent education, and the promotion of healthy oral habits from infancy onward. Families appreciate her honesty, authenticity, and energetic yet gentle approach that helps children feel safe, supported, and understood. Born and raised in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, Dr. Gosselin has always enjoyed working with children. Dr. Gosselin graduated from Université Laval in Quebec City with a Doctorat en Médecine Dentaire, Profil International in 2010, after having spent a semester in Rennes, Frances. She went on to complete a twoyear Pediatric Dental General Practice Residency at the IWK Children’s Health Centre and Dalhousie University in Halifax, followed by a Master of Science in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Toronto in 2015. Her career has taken her across Canada, including two years in Edmonton where she worked parttime in private practice and parttime teaching in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Alberta. She has also provided volunteer dental services to children at Rosecrest Home, a residence for children and teens in palliative care. For nine years, Dr. Gosselin served as a fulltime pediatric dentist and Dental Clinic Director at CHEO, where she continues to work on a casual basis. Throughout her career, she has taught and lectured to dental and medical students at Dalhousie University, the University of Toronto, the University of Alberta, the University of Ottawa, and NOSM University. Dr. Gosselin is an active member of the Canadian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Canadian Pediatric Society, the Canadian Dental Association, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and the Ontario Dental Association. She is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with her family. Her hobbies include yoga, kickboxing, trail running, and paddleboarding.
