Office Policy

How are appointments scheduled?

• We do our best to make all appointments in a timely manner. The scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for your child. Any change in this appointment affects many patients.
• We strive to see all patients on time for their scheduled appointment. There are times when our schedule is delayed in order to accommodate an injured child or an emergency. Please accept our apology in advance should this occur during your appointment. We will do the exact same if your child is in need of emergency treatment.
• A parent/ legal guardian must be present during the first visit in order to sign all legal documents and consent to treatment.
• We have reserved specific times in our schedule for different types of appointments based on our patients treatment needs.
• You do not require a referral to schedule an appointment in our office.  New patients are always welcomed!

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

• Appointment times are set aside exclusively for your child, and we kindly request that you notify our office at least two (2) business days in advance if you need to reschedule. This allows us to accommodate another patient who requires treatment.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please note that we reserve the right to discontinue care if two appointments are missed without prior cancellation notice.
